How JT Strength Therapy works…

Rehabilitation and Pain Management

-This program is geared for the individual who wants to be healthy by using exercise as a way to move and feel better, improve strength, rehabilitate an injury(s), relieve stress, reduce body aches and pains, reduce blood pressure, or improve one’s self-confidence and energy levels.

Health and Fitness

-Whether it’s strength-gain, fat-loss, or muscle-gain, each program is tailored to the client’s fitness goals. Whether the goal big or small, the process is the same: consistency, focus, and in the best case scenario, an expert to guide you along. The rewards of this program allow your true and lean body shape to show.

Sport-Specific Strength Training

-This program focuses on improvements in power, speed and agility, and strength and conditioning. It is based on movement, muscular, biomechanical, and physiological demands required by the sport itself. The result of this program creates an overall better athlete with increased speed, stamina, strength, and precision.

  • Definitely recommend Johnny!!  I've had back/shoulder problems for years, been trying various methods to fix/heal it (MD, massage, acupuncture, chiropractor, strength training).  He's the first one to actually target the underlying problem and help me strengthen areas for prevention.  I wish I'd found him a long time ago.

  • I have been an athlete for years and could never reach my full potential because of coordination issues that would limit my performance past a certain point.  After a few months of driving myself insane trying to correct my own movement patterns without any formal guidance, I found Johnny. Johnny  is an expert in kinesiology, neuromuscular therapy, and active release techniques. As soon as I walked in the door for our first session, he was able to detect all of my muscular imbalances and small postural distortions with a quick assessment. Since them, he has been helping me learn to activate the correct muscles involved in strength training.
