Lisa Starborn

Fitness Consultant

Lisa is the Fitness Coordinator for Personal Training & Assessments at American University. She received a BS in Health, Physical Education & Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently working on her MS in Health Promotion & Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a certified health fitness specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and a certified health coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Lisa has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains. She enjoys all aspects of fitness and is eager to spread that passion to others!
